Property Hodl has over 10 years worth of property investing experience investing in properties in the Norwich area and we are looking to expand out into different parts of the UK over the next few years.

We are interested in expanding out portfolio by becoming a letting agents and will pride ourselves on our competitive fees and high quality service, we have experience working with buy to let properties and also HMO properties and understand the needs from the point of view of both landlord and tenant.

We are looking to help tenants with finding affordable accommodation that is fit for purpose and we pride ourselves on our good customer service and reliable service.

If you are an investor we are looking to help you with deal sourcing and also great letting agreements. We will take care of everything for you making your investment journey easy from start to finish allowing you to invest and relax knowing that your property is in good hands with Property Hodl Ltd.
